TechJobLinks Offsite Recruiter Agreement

This agreement is made on between TechJobLinks, with corporate offices inNaugatuck, Connecticut and Calcutta, India hereinafter referred to as "TechJobLinks" and ____________________ ____________________ located at ___________________________________ hereinafter referred to as "Client", wherein the parties agree as follows:

TechJobLinks agrees to assign an Offsite Recruiter(s) to the Client to perform Recruiting services based on Client’s staffing requirements. 

TechJobLinks will provide the Recruiter with the tools necessary to perform their Recruiting responsibilities. These tools will include but are not limited to a phone, a computer, internet access, access to company candidate database and access to Job Boards.

The Client estimates the duration of this Offsite Recruiter assignment to be _______________ months. (Please note: this does not obligate the Client to the entire duration).

The Client shall pay TechJobLinks $1250 USD per month per Offsite Recruiter assigned  to the Client. This is based on the Recruiter working 40 hours per week. If the services of the Recruiter are needed for more than scheduled 40 hours a week, the rate is $8.00 USD per hour after 40 hours.

The 1^st month payment of $1250 USD is due upon execution of this contract.

TechJobLinks does not encourage the subscribing the services of a Recruiter for less than 1 month but understands that there may be times that a Recruiter is need for a shorter duration. The Recruiter can be hired for a minimum of 1 week at the rate of $400 USD per week (40 hours).

In the event the Client desires to hire the Recruiter(s) on a permanent basis, the Client will speak with TechJobLinks first and not to speak with the Recruiter directly. TechJobLinks will determine what an appropriate fee to convert the Recruiter to becoming an employee of the Client.  Should the Client choose not to offer employment to a Recruiter referred by TechJobLinks, the Client agrees for a period of 12 months not to independently offer permanent or contract employment to the Recruiter for a period of 12 months after the completion of the Onsite assignment. 

TechJobLinks shall be entitled to a fee of $4000 USD, plus all reasonable expenses incurred by TechJobLinks associated with recovering (including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees etc.) if the Client for any violations of the above Paragraph hereof.

This Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect until terminated by either party, upon written notice. The terms and conditions imposed in the Client hiring the Recruiter shall survive any termination of this agreement. In the event any provision of this Agreement is found to be legally unenforceable, such unenforceability shall not prevent the enforcement of any other provision.

The laws of the State of Connecticut shall govern this agreement.

Each of the signatories to this agreement acknowledges that he/she has the authority to sign this agreement on behalf of the company whose name appears below.
