TechJobLinks agrees to assign an Offsite Sourcer(s) to the Client to perform Recruiting services based on Client’s staffing requirements.
TechJobLinks will provide the Sourcer with the tools necessary to perform their Recruiting responsibilities. These tools will include but are not limited to a computer, internet access, access to company candidate database and access to Job Boards.
The Client estimates the duration of this Offsite Sourcer assignment to be _______________ months. (Please note: this does not obligate the Client to the entire duration).
The Client shall pay TechJobLinks $950 USD per month per Offsite Sourcer assigned to the Client. This is based on the Sourcer working 40 hours per week.
If the services of the Sourcer are needed for more than scheduled 40 hours a week, the rate is $7.00 USD per hour after 40 hours.
The 1st month payment of $950 USD is due upon execution of this contract.
TechJobLinks does not encourage the subscribing the services of a Sourcer for less than 1 month but understands that there may be times that a Sourcer is need for a shorter duration. The Sourcer can be hired for a minimum of 1 week at the rate of $300 USD per week (40 hours).
In the event the Client desires to hire the Sourcer(s) on a permanent basis, the Client will speak with TechJobLinks first and not to speak with the Sourcer directly. TechJobLinks will determine what an appropriate fee to convert the Sourcer to becoming an employee of the Client. Should the Client choose not to offer employment to a Sourcer referred by TechJobLinks, the Client agrees for a period of 12 months not to independently offer permanent or contract employment to the Sourcer for a period of 12 months after the completion of the Onsite assignment.
TechJobLinks shall be entitled to a fee of $3000 USD, plus all reasonable expenses incurred by TechJobLinks associated with recovering (including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees etc.) if the Client for any violations of the above Paragraph hereof.
This Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect until terminated by either party, upon written notice. The terms and conditions imposed in the Client hiring the Sourcer shall survive any termination of this agreement. In the event any provision of this Agreement is found to be legally unenforceable, such unenforceability shall not prevent the enforcement of any other provision.
