Welcome to TechJobLinks – offering you Recruitment Solutions. This document will discuss our General Terms of Engagement. We can also customize a Recruitment Solution for you.

 

We have experienced recruiters that are on staff at TechJobLinks. We also have our training center is in Calcutta , India . We train and certify Recruiters after they have completed an intense hands-on real-time Recruiter Training. We offer placements to our top graduates. We also retain top graduates for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division.

 

We provide you (CLIENT) with Recruiters who can work behind the scene while you concentrate on your areas of expertise. Your assigned Recruiter(s) can focus on filling your open positions. The result is a great cost saving to you and hiring more quality candidates.

 

Defining Your Need

 

TechJobLinks can provide you Recruiters in 4 ways:

 

Onsite Recruiter – The recruiter is an employee of TechJobLinks and the Onsite Recruiter is physically located at your location in India. You will supply him with the equipment necessary for him or her to work effectively. Equipment includes: desk, computer with Internet connection, phone, access to your candidate database, access to the job boards that you subscribe to. The Recruiter will do as much of the Recruiting Process (please see note on Recruiting Process) as you desire.

 

This recruiter will be scheduled to work 40 hours at your location.

The monthly fee:  $1250.00 (USD)

Offsite Recruiter - The recruiter is an employee of TechJobLinks and the Offsite Recruiter is located at one of the TechJobLinks locations in India. He or she will be assigned to you, the Client. We will supply him/her with the equipment necessary to work effectively. He/she will have desk, computer with Internet connection, phone, access to our candidate database, access to the job boards. This Recruiter will do the complete Recruiting Process (please see note on Recruiting Process).

 

This recruiter will be scheduled to work 40 hours.

The monthly fee:  $1250.00 (USD)

Sourcer - The Sourcer is an employee of TechJobLinks and will be located at one of the TechJobLinks locations. We will supply the Sourcer the equipment necessary for him or her to work effectively. He/she will have desk, computer with Internet connection, phone, access to our candidate database, access to the job boards. The Sourcer locates suitable candidates for your positions and forwards you the resume. The Sourcer does not speak with the candidates.

 

The monthly fee:  $950.00 (USD)

Direct Hire Recruiter – We will allow our Clients to Directly Hire one of the TechJobLinks recruiters as their own employee.

One time fee: $4000 (USD)

Recruiting Process

The Recruiter will:

·                     Locate appropriate candidates (internal database, job boards, posting open positions ads on job boards, networking and referrals).

·                     Call candidates

·                     Qualify candidates against the given job description

·                     If appropriate for the position the recruiter will negotiate rate or salary with the candidate.

·                     Obtain a Word Copy of a current resume.

·                     Write a submittal for the candidate.

·                     Assist if needed in contacting candidates for interviews.

·                     Give feedback to the candidate.

·                     Get references from the candidate (please note, recruiters do not conduct the reference checks)

                       

Experienced Internet Researchers/Sourcers

Our Recruiters are experienced and qualified with excellent computer and Internet skills. They are knowledgeable of the commonly used software packages.

 

Active and passive candidates

Our Recruiters and Sourcers know how to reach both active (resumes posted on Job Boards) and passive (resumes not posted) candidates.

 

Domain expertise

Our recruiters and Sourcers have experience in number of domains and have provided recruiting support services in Information Technology (IT), Health Care, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Financial.

Please note the monthly fees are “Subscription Based” and the first month is due at the time the Contract is signed.

 

While we discourage hiring a Recruiter or Sourcer for less than a month, we understand that there are times that a client has a quick fill need. The minimum that a Recruiter or Sourcer can be hired for is 1 week. A Recruiter hired by the week will be Offsite.

 

Rate for weekly hire:

Recruiter: $400 (USD) per week

Sourcer: $300 (USD) per week
